The hotel is situated right in the centre of Kayseri, near a train station. The Hunat Mosque is about a 10-minute drive from the My Liva Kayseri, while Erkilet International airport is 5 km from it.

Standing 2.8 km away, the 19th-century Kayseri Surp Krikor Lusavoric Armenian Church is a hard-to-miss divine tourist destination.
